Offbeat Gourmet Presents....

Baked Salmon


  • 1/4 cup Offbeat Gourmet Pickled Mustard Seeds

  • Aluminum Foil


  • Salmon filet 3/4 lb to 1 lb (serves 4)


  • First pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees

  • On a baking sheet put a layer of foil and lightly grease with olive or coconut oil.  Place the salmon (skin side down) and top with Offbeat Gourmet Pickled Mustard Seeds & place in 400 degree oven. Set your timer for 14 minutes for a small filet and 20 minutes for large family size filet (The fish should start to get flaky and the pickled mustard seeds should slightly brown)

  • Once your timer starts going off, turn your oven to the BROIL and set your timer for an additional 10 to 15 seconds or until level of doneness (Internal temp of 150-160 recommended)

  • Using two spatulas, carefully lift the filet and place it on a bed of rice
