E-z, P-z, B.B.Q Brisket
1 cup Offbeat Grill Sauce or Rated-X Sauce
2 Tbsp Offbeat Gourmet Chipotle Dry Rub
3 - 5 lb. Beef Brisket
5 Minutes Prep Time - 8 Hours total cook time
Rinse your brisket under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Trim and discard some of the extra fat.
Massage Chipotle Dry Rub over entire surface and place brisket in appropriate container or a large zip-lock bag. Coat with Sauce and place in refrigerator overnight.
Place brisket & any remaining marinade in crock pot/slow cooker. Set to LOW for Seven hours and 30 Minutes.
To get a that nice bbq bark, set brisket on a wire rack on a baking sheet and bake in oven at 400' for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
