Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees

Take a piece of Whole Wheat Naan an spread a layer of Offbeat Gourmet Fig and Honey Conserve directly on the piece of naan (not too thick or too much)

Slice up a good portion of mozzarella cheese and place the cheese directly on top of the layer of fig and honey spread

Put the naan (with the fig and honey spread and mozzarella cheese) on a baking sheet and put the baking sheet in the oven for 5-10 minute or until the cheese has melted completely

While your flatbread is in the oven, take a skillet, set burner on medium to medium high and cook a couple of slices of bacon
-
Once the flatbread (in the oven) is ready (meaning the cheese is melted completely, take the cooked bacon (let it cool just a bit, so you do not burn yourself and crumble the cooked bacon right on top of the melted mozzarella/fig and honey flatbread

Let the flatbread cool just a bit before cutting and serving it.
This is the perfect sweet and salty combo!
