1 Package of good quality Potato Gnocchi
Offbeat Gourmet Cranberry Jalapeño Sauce
Boil and drain your gnocchi.
Gently fold in 1/2 cup of Offbeat Cranberry Jalapeño Sauce.
Yes, that really is it! :)
-Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil.
-Add room temperature gnocchi to water.
(gently separate any gnocchi that are stuck together)
-Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Stir slowly for the first minute then occasionally. (when they float they are done!)
We have lift off!
-Drain water & turn off burner. Return cooked gnocchi to pot & toss with a light drizzle of olive oil.
