2 Tbsp Offbeat Gourmet Chipotle Dry Rub

4 Tbsp Rated X or Grill Sauce

1/2 stick of Unsalted Butter

Fresh or Defrosted Chicken Wings

Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees

Combine flour, baking soda and Offbeat Gourmet Chipotle Dry Rub in a bowl and set aside

Take your chicken wings and coat them with the flour, baking soda and Offbeat Chipotle Dry Rub mixture

Brush a metal cooking rack lightly with butter or coconut to ensure your wings come off nice and easy. Space is key, give them room to breath!

Make sure to lay foil down under the metal cooking rack and clean-up will be a breeze!

Bake the chicken wings for 60 minutes.

Make sure to turn the wings for every 20 to 30 minutes.

While the chicken wings are baking in the oven, prepare the wing sauce.

After 60 minutes has passed, take the chicken wings out of the oven and brush the wing sauce on the baked chicken wings.

Finish the chicken wings in the oven for 5 minutes.
